Frode STRAND

I was born naturally in 1978, and I was born again supernaturally 19th of mars 2000. I was saved and babtised during an ALPHA-course and joined the church of Christian Fellowship in Bergen, Norway. My parents are divorced and I have one younger brother: Lars-Erik.



I am engaged and to be married this summer, the secound of July, with Bente. We have been together since november 6th 2002.

The name of the blog, is from psalm 4 in the Bible, which says that I have God\'s more-than-enough; meaning I cannot have a better life than with Jesus, because in Him I have all I will ever need, and even more!!!

In Church I sing in the worship team. I also love playing the guitar.
